Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Program Leadership: Own end-to-end program delivery for client marketplace objectives.
• Cross-Functional Planning: Build quarterly plans across Product and Engineering with dependencies.
• Delivery Management: Track progress on 15+ initiatives and critical path items.
• Dependency Management: Identify cross-team dependencies on matching, personalization, pricing.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates and surface risks for execs.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve quarterly/annual roadmap planning, investment tracking, KPI delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management in a technical product or engineering environment.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs in consumer marketplaces or high-volume platforms.
• Strong understanding of product development with experimentation, feature rollout, platform integrations.
• Exceptional project management skills with roadmaps, risk, cadence; Agile/Scrum/OKR-aligned.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Github, and DataDog.
• Bonus: booking, pricing, personalization, or funnel optimization and growth features.
