Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead Lyft's AI transformation in developer productivity; shape AI-enabled workflows.
• Own the roadmap: prioritizes work and defines success for AI-driven engineering.
• Partner with engineering teams to build AI-native workflows solving real pain.
• Run programs end-to-end from kickoff to delivery across infra and platforms.
• Be the voice of the customer; surface pain and feed it into roadmaps.
• Define success metrics, document requirements, and ensure shipped solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or TPM/PM hybrid role.
• Background in software, data, or systems engineering.
• Experience owning a roadmap: strategy, prioritization, success metrics.
• Experience with developer productivity, tooling, or engineering platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Strong track record leading cross-functional programs with tight timelines.
