• Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs across AppEx engineering teams — spanning
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to define program
• Serve as the connective tissue across AppEx sub-orgs (Applications, Notebooks, Native Apps
• Establish and maintain clear reporting cadences — tracking milestones, risks, decisions, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience at a cloud software company, with a track
• Deep familiarity with developer-facing products or platform engineering — you understand what it
• Ability to work directly with engineers and architects, going deep on technical design while
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market without
• Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can define structure where none exists and progress with
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective with engineers, executives, and stakeholders
