Senior Technical Program Manager, Consumer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through
• Drive the operating cadence for your programs (kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, risk tracking)
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies proactively, drive mitigations, and escalate crisply
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs around reliability, scalability
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program-level KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering leader, or similar role driving
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives through significant ambiguity, tight
• Technical fluency in modern distributed systems sufficient to engage with Staff+ engineers on
• Experience defining program-level KPIs and using dashboards and data to guide prioritization, with
• Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or other high-throughput fintech products, or with
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
