Senior Technical Program Manager, Earth Observation

📋 Description

• Lead earth observation programs for U.S. Government customers
• Own program cost, schedule, and technical baselines
• Manage integrated master schedule, cost baseline, and risk register
• Conduct formal program events (redesign verification reviews)
• Serve as primary programmatic interface to Government customer
• Lead technical exchanges for customer requirement conversion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• 8+ years of aerospace or defense program management
• Experience executing U.S. Government contracts
• Lead engineering teams through preliminary design
• Exceptional written communication skills required
• Direct experience running complex engineering development programs
