Senior Technical Program Manager, Security

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve vulnerability management end-to-end.
• Manage triage, payouts, and program health for bug bounties.
• Drive remediation in GCP infrastructure with security and platform teams.
• Coordinate remediation across SAST/DAST/SCA tooling and repos.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership on program health.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in technical/security program management with vulnerability ownership.
• Bug bounty program experience (HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Intigriti).
• GCP security knowledge: IAM, VPC, Security Command Center, Logging/Monitoring.
• GitHub-based code security tooling (Wiz Code, Dependabot, Snyk, CodeQL).
• CVSS/risk-based prioritization and risk communication.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and dashboards for leadership.
