Senior Technical Program Manager, Security Risk and M&A Security

📋 Description

• Partner with Assurance Engineering to build AI-assisted risk workflow; mature to BAU.
• Own KRI dashboards from pilot; define needs with domain leads; drive adoption.
• Run risk management cadence; periodic reviews with CISO; annual enterprise risk assessment.
• Own program reporting and visibility: cadence, dashboards, executive updates.
• Maintain M&A security integration program; track integration across acquisitions.
• Escalate blockers; push risk-acceptance decisions when timelines slip.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in security or risk program ops or technical program management with end-to-end ownership.
• Fluency in security risk management; identify, assess, own, and accept risks.
• Builder mindset; creates capabilities and processes; collaborates with Assurance Engineering.
• Bias for action under imperfect information; prioritize and escalate when needed.
• Leverage AI tools to multiply impact with a lean team.
• Clear, concise communication to give leadership visibility into risk and blockers.
