📋 Description

Manage Salesforce team's scope of work
Lead cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end
Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Lead ceremonies, keep delivery on track, manage trade-offs
Lead technical design discussions and drive stakeholder alignment

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment
Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud
Technical skills: Salesforce, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Digital Engagement, AI, project
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
