🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a high-growth tech startup.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as SDE, DevOps, Data
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever or Workday.
• Knowledge of technical concepts, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL), and software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
