• Deep fluency in technical roles, skills, and tech stacks — enabling credible, substantive
• Track record of cracking the hardest searches — creative sourcing strategies that engage passive
• Executive-level relationship management skills — trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Operational excellence at scale — run a demanding portfolio of searches with precision, forecast
