Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture

📋 Description

• Partner with the Recruiting HR Account Leader and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines ahead of hiring demand, focusing on difficult-to-fill
• Create innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, referrals, professional associations
• Engage passive technical professionals through personalized outreach and build long-term
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments on technical experience, credentials, leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within the AEC, engineering, construction, or other technical
• Proven success sourcing passive, specialized talent across technical disciplines using LinkedIn
• Fluency in French and English is required (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of technical roles, requiring ability to translate and project requirements
• Strong experience building talent pipelines, assessing candidates, and supporting hires through the
• Working knowledge of IS Engineering credentials (P.Eng, ing, etc.) or ability to learn credentials
