📋 Description

• Own a full portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions spanning multiple senior stakeholders
• Become a trusted authority on hiring cleared technical talent up through TS/SCI with polygraph
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters, with at least one showing measurable improvement in independent
• Identify process or workflow gaps and bring concrete recommendations to Recruiting Lead or Manager
• Deliver strong outcomes on complex or sensitive requisitions without close oversight
• Maintain and refine AI-assisted recruiting practices and share them with junior teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record independently owning full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared
• Track record of informally or formally coaching other recruiters
• Confidence managing multiple senior stakeholders at once, with ability to push back, advise, and
• Experience building or improving processes, tools, or workflows with hiring managers
• Genuine, demonstrable personal interest in applying AI to recruiting work
• Real belief that diverse slates and interview panels produce better hiring outcomes
