🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training (aerospace maintenance or
• Demonstrated experience as collaborative but analytical, goal-oriented team player
• Familiarity with training platforms and tools (LMS, Content authoring tools, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
