Senior Technical Writer

📋 Description

• Create clear product guides explaining C2 products, their purpose, appropriate use cases
• Write and maintain deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, onboarding, upgrade, rollback, and
• Document cloud deployment workflows, including prerequisites, configuration, validation, handover
• Develop observability documentation covering dashboards, metrics, normal and degraded system
• Build symptom-based runbooks covering connectivity, telemetry, infrastructure, Kubernetes
• Document UxV onboarding workflows from access setup and registration through configuration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, SRE or operations
• Experience documenting complex software, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, robotics, IoT
• Proven ability to produce user guides, deployment documentation, troubleshooting runbooks
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, Linux, containers or Kubernetes, CI/CD, APIs, networking
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and the ability to document dependencies, system
• Ability to turn incomplete, technical, or conflicting engineering input into accurate, structured
