📋 Description

• Own market pricing and pay benchmarking - including external surveys, job matching, and evaluating
• Take our newly completed job architecture live: build out salary bands to best-practice standard
• Run the annual merit cycle and gender pay gap reporting
• Keep Humaans (HRIS) accurate, build dashboards
• Bring hands-on experience with employee equity plans - EMI, unapproved options, or equivalent
• Understand cap table dynamics, run equity and option pool analysis, and monitor equity burn

🎯 Requirements

• Solid grounding in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or reward
• Equity and/or commission experience is desirable but not essential
• A practised, hands-on user of AI tools
• Comfortable in a small, tight-knit team where everyone's work has direct impact
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
• A clear communicator who partners naturally across People, Finance, and the wider business
