Senior Transition Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and evolve the Enterprise Applications Transition function within ASPIRE Managed Services.
• Manage and develop a team of Transition Managers and associated transition resources.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
• Define and continually enhance transition methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and maturity of the ASPIRE Managed Services organisation.
• Own the end-to-end transition lifecycle from contract award through to Business-as-Usual service

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading customer transitions, mobilisation programmes or service onboarding
• Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in transition governance, planning, risk management, service readiness and operational
• Experience leading steering committees, governance reviews and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage senior
• Commercial awareness with experience contributing to bids, proposals, mobilisation planning and
