📋 Description

• Assess and act on user reports of policy violations promptly
• Prioritize swift action on sensitive issues including child safety and extremism
• Review and respond to internal and external escalations
• Participate in shift rotation for weekends and holidays
• Maintain expert understanding of Twitch policies, features, and docs
• Contribute insights to support Twitch’s global community

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Trust & Safety, risk ops, investigations, or related field
• Experience investigating complex safety issues and making risk-based decisions
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into recommendations
• Curious and eager to learn new risk-detection tools
• Experience collaborating with Policy, Legal, and Engineering teams
