Senior UGC Creative Producer (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end UGC and short-form video for paid and organic social.
• Create concepts, scripts, storyboards, hooks, captions in English.
• Source and manage creators, influencers, actors, production partners.
• Direct shoots from planning to delivery: casting, locations, props.
• Build scalable workflows for high-volume content with quality.
• Partner with product/growth/marketing to test concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience producing high-volume UGC for B2C brands.
• Excellent written English; experience with social/TikTok copy.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Meta and short-form best practices.
• Experience managing creators, production teams, partners.
• Lead full production from concept to delivery independently.
• Understand performance marketing; use data to guide creatives.
