Senior Underwriter/Team Leader - Acadia Advantage

📋 Description

• Underwrite and price new and renewal commercial accounts within established underwriting standards
• Evaluate, select, and price risks to achieve underwriting profitability, premium growth, target
• Refer risks exceeding authority to management with recommendations
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned agencies, producers, and customers
• Evaluate agency performance and participate in agency reviews and evaluations
• Communicate underwriting policies, procedures, and organizational goals to agents

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in Commercial Lines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong commercial underwriting and pricing capabilities with solid knowledge of Commercial Lines
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining professional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
