📋 Description

• Independently scope and execute research studies tied to product decisions.
• Use multiple data sources: interviews, usability tests, concept tests, surveys.
• Support generative and discovery research: early exploration and framing.
• Synthesize findings across sessions to reveal root causes and motivations.
• Link insights to near-term roadmaps and stakeholder tradeoffs.
• Communicate findings clearly to product, design, and engineering partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of UX research experience (consultancy and in-house).
• Comfortable in ambiguous 0-to-1 spaces; defend a point with limited data.
• Experience with product roadmaps, sprints, and metrics; trusted insights.
• Skilled in qualitative methods; growing comfort with quantitative approaches.
• Scope studies independently; choose methods that fit the question.
• Synthesize sessions to find root causes; insights about why.
