Senior UX Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a team of designers, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Lead and continuously improve Agile ceremonies for the design team (sprint planning, standups
• Own features end-to-end when needed (discovery, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, production handoff).
• Act as primary design liaison to Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure team synthesizes usability testing and behavioral analytics into design iterations.
• Champion AI-augmented design workflows across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in UX/Product Design, including 3+ years directly managing designers.
• Hands-on experience running Agile scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives
• Full command of senior IC toolkit: end-to-end product design ownership.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including component architecture, auto-layout, variables, and
• Experience building, governing, and scaling Design Systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).
