Senior Value and Access Manager

📋 Description

• Lead preparation of PBAC, MSAC and PHARMAC submissions, including writing clear, evidence-based
• Serve as the market access lead on cross-functional teams, delivering reliable access and payer
• Lead reimbursement feasibility assessments for pipeline assets to support portfolio prioritisation
• Monitor the evolving reimbursement and policy landscape in Australia and New Zealand and contribute
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure local access insights inform evidence planning
• Provide input into reimbursement and pricing assumptions for financial planning cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Biomedical, Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or Business Administration
• Extensive experience in market access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical
• Experience in Value and Access strategy development, and advanced capability in writing
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, including management of external vendors and
• Strong strategic & analytical thinking: demonstrated by the ability to identify and understand
• Strong understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes
