Senior Vehicle Structures Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design parts and systems from concept to initial release.
• Work with large machined parts, sheet metal, and composites.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize packaging and gapping.
• Create and release drawings; manage PLM and BOM configuration.
• Design flight components weekly using NX/TeamCenter.
• Support manufacturability and speed beyond first flight.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of design engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD: NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
• Fundamental knowledge of structures strength, stability, and fatigue.
• Ability to work with large assemblies and manage large BOMs.
• 2+ years NX/TeamCenter PLM experience.
