📋 Description

• Lead reverse engineering and root-cause investigations across vehicle electrical, hardware, and
• Define safe, reliable requirements for interfacing with vehicle communication systems, including
• Develop test plans and validation approaches for vehicle investigations, working with the Vehicle
• Identify and lead resolution of high-priority vehicle data quality issues that affect Geotab
• Deliver clear engineering requirements and documentation, and contribute engineering changes
• Design and implement monitors and dashboards to assess Feature Flag behaviour and inform release

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of related experience with vehicle systems, sensors, actuators, controls, diagnostics
• A bachelor’s degree or post-secondary degree/diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical
• Strong knowledge of vehicle architecture, embedded systems, and CAN bus communication protocols
• Experience diagnosing vehicle issues using CAN analysis software and conventional tools, including
• Understanding of automotive ECU software architectures such as AUTOSAR, particularly
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain
