🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a business/P&L leader in healthcare SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare/tech; MBA preferred
• Proven P&L ownership with revenue growth beyond $100M
• Experience integrating and cross-selling across portfolios
• Ability to commercialize AI-powered or emerging tech solutions
• Track record building high-performing teams; succession planning
