• GM of Acute & Payer with full P&L accountability; set vision and expansion.
• Own P&L and EBITDA targets; balance growth with cost discipline.
• Drive AI-powered product strategy; partner with Product & Engineering on go-to-market, pricing, and packaging.
• Champion innovation; deepen integration and cross-sell; identify partnerships and M&A opportunities.
• Own end-to-end customer experience; strengthen engagement and long-term value.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization; scalable processes and succession planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a business/P&L leader in healthcare SaaS.
• Bachelor's in business/healthcare/tech; MBA preferred.
• Proven P&L ownership and growth beyond $100M.
• Experience integrating and cross-selling across portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to commercialize AI-powered or emerging tech.
• Track record building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
