📋 Description

  • Own P&L, margins, and growth for a multi-million book across 2-5 key accounts.
  • Lead and mentor a 25-40 person digital media team.
  • Executive sponsor for client relationships; build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Architect long-term vision and roadmaps for accounts; shape outcomes.
  • Lead strategic conversations and provide actionable feedback to develop VPs.
  • Drive integrated media strategy with Analytics, Creative, Strategy, and PM.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12-18+ years of industry experience leading large teams.
  • Hands-on media buying background with executive guidance.
  • Mastery of paid social: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat.
  • Programmatic Display/Video (DV360, The Trade Desk) and/or Paid Search (Google, Bing).
  • Proven experience leading VP/Director teams to grow portfolios.
  • Gravitas, executive presence; influence C-suite; analytics fluency.
