📋 Description

  • Set the strategic direction for SIU compliance and investigative operations, establishing clear

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in investigations, insurance SIU, or compliance.
  • 7+ years of experience leading managers, investigative teams, or complex operational functions
  • Deep knowledge of SIU compliance, claims investigations, anti-fraud programs, and insurance fraud
  • Proven ability to convert strategic plans into effective execution.
  • Experience scaling SIU compliance programs or investigative services.
