📋 Description

• Lead complex video projects end to end—from pre to final delivery
• Direct as Director of Photography, making real-time creative/technical calls
• Run shoots: location scouting, gear, shot planning, talent direction
• Own post direction; collaborate with editors on cut, animation, delivery
• Balance concurrent projects; flag risks and adjust timelines early

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video production in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Expertise across concept development, directing, cinematography, editing
• Proven track record leading complex projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling across formats/platforms
• Experience briefing and coordinating freelance/externals
• Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and web optimization
