Senior Video & Motion Producer

📋 Description

• Own developer-focused video production end-to-end across platforms (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, X, etc.).
• Produce product launch videos translating technical capabilities into narratives developers want to watch.
• Build motion graphics and animated content using After Effects and related tools.
• Cut event content into shareable social clips from conferences and talks.
• Produce organic short-form social content across channels.
• Develop AI-assisted production workflows, templates, and style guides for high-volume work.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in video production or motion design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience creating content for a developer audience (developers/engineers).
• Hands-on editing and motion skills with After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• End-to-end production ability; manage timelines and ship on schedule.
• Platform fluency across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows (Runway, CapCut, OpusClip) and developer-focused content.
