• Proven experience owning video end-to-end from concept to final export.
• Portfolio showing storytelling range and social video depth.
• Hands-on craft across cameras, lighting, audio, editing (Premiere/Resolve).
• Experience building distributed capture models and managing vendors.
• Budgeting, scheduling, and on-set direction to protect the work.
• Self-directed, proactive problem-solver.
