Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support and promote Fullscript's Core Values: Grit, Authenticity and Community.
• Develop the Leadership Team
• Engage Supervisors for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance maintenance
• Responsible for developing and growing the departmental leadership team, positioning the operation
• Act as a Leader within the department and organization. Primary point of contact for all Warehouse
• Work cohesively with organizational Leadership members to ensure all business objectives are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or
• Proven Leader with at least 5 years of experience effectively leading teams of 80 or more
• Experience managing and developing salaried exempt leaders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse and distribution center procedures and concepts.
• Ability to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize assignments, generate and utilize
