Senior Website Manager

📋 Description

• Own the website roadmap, governance, and performance of Veracode.com
• Lead the migration from WordPress to Webflow through launch and post-launch stabilization
• Manage day-to-day website operations, intake, prioritization, page updates, QA, publishing, and
• Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, and dashboards to monitor traffic, behavior, and conversions
• Maintain content standards, taxonomy, metadata, redirects, and content hygiene
• Develop and execute web strategies with AI-enabled personalization, SEO, GEO, and conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in web management, digital marketing, or web program management
• Experience leading a full CMS migration for a large B2B site (hundreds of pages or more)
• Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM strategies, SEO and GEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs
• CRO experience including A/B testing and heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL
• Familiarity with website security, ADA/WCAG compliance, performance optimization, and AI
