Senior Workday Configurator, Talent

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior functional expert for Workday Talent and Performance, providing guidance on
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions aligned
• Design, configure, test, implement, and support Workday Talent and Performance functionality
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, security
• Lead solution design, impact assessments, configuration activities, and cross-functional analysis
• Partner with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, IT, integration, and other business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer
• At least 5 years of experience configuring and supporting HR technology solutions, including 3+
• Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday Talent and Performance functionality
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable, sustainable
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications
• Experience supporting the full testing lifecycle, including unit testing, system integration

• Base salary range of $97,900–$133,500 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, experience
