Senior Workplace Technology Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as the escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity issues across remote and
• Provide high-quality technical support to executive leadership, Board members, and other critical
• Manage the complete device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, assignment, transfer
• Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, operating system
• Support Apple-focused enterprise environments across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT operations, endpoint management, or
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Strong hand-on experience supporting Apple enterprise environments, particularly macOS and iOS
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, device policies, software deployment, and device lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and device assignment processes
• Experience supporting meeting room technology, video conferencing, and hybrid work environments
