• Own the UK/EU SEO & AEO strategy.

• 5+ years in SEO, ideally in ecommerce, retail or consumer brands, with meaningful ownership of
• Demonstrable experience running SEO across more than one country or language.
• Strong working knowledge of technical SEO: crawl and indexation, site architecture, structured
• Content-led SEO experience: keyword and demand research, content strategy, briefing writers, and
• Practical exposure to AEO — structured data, entity management, and a real point of view on how
