Service and Support Engineer (Boston/New England)

📋 Description

• Install instruments at customer sites
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed instruments
• Repair instruments on site or in house
• Provide remote support to customers, sales and applications
• Install AutoMP retrofits where required
• Conduct basic user training

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or Masters in Engineering/Physics
• Experience with sensitive scientific equipment (3+ years)
• Customer-facing interaction (1+ year)
