📋 Description

• Lead daily new business and agency operations, delivering exception resolution quality and service
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by setting performance expectations and building
• Establish daily, weekly, monthly operating rhythms to review volumes, trends, and risks and drive
• Monitor exception volumes and processing trends, partnering with Domain, Product, and Technology
• Partner with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and vendors to ensure operational execution and
• Lead resolution of operational issues, firm complaints, complex cases, and escalations for positive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years in insurance, financial services, or new business/agency operations, 5+ years leading
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor or TPA relationships and driving SLA performance.
• Working knowledge of automation and workflow tools (e.g., Pega) and insurance/regulatory knowledge.
• Preferred: experience leading operational transformation to exception-based, technology-enabled
• Preferred: familiarity with sales operations, distribution, or agency management structures.
