Service Supervisor, Assistive Care

📋 Description

• Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way
• Conduct supervisory visits of non-medical staff in clients' homes and in the community
• Build positive, supportive, and trusting relationships with clients, field staff, and colleagues
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary management team
• Ensure field staff have completed all required competencies and documentation needed to provide
• Visit clients in their homes as required to: obtain feedback and support client and employee

• College degree or prior health care, home care, and/or social service experience preferred
