ServiceNow Solution Architect — HAM/SAM

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow HAM and SAM engagements, from discovery and
• Act as a senior technical advisor across HAM, SAM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and ITSM, providing
• Facilitate customer workshops, architecture reviews, requirements sessions, and technical design
• Design HAM solutions covering the complete hardware lifecycle, including procurement, receiving
• Architect SAM solutions covering software discovery, normalization, software models, publisher
• Define strategies for maintaining accurate, trusted asset and configuration data across ServiceNow

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in IT services, enterprise architecture, consulting, solution delivery, or
• Significant experience architecting or implementing ServiceNow HAM, SAM, ITAM, or related
• Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management, including procurement, receiving
• Strong knowledge of software asset-management practices, including software discovery
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM principles and the governance of asset and configuration
• Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as ERP and
