📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery activities across the India Professional Services project
• Develop and execute personnel and resource management plans, balancing consultant capacity, project
• Identify skills gaps and development opportunities, support career progression, conduct regular 1:1
• Drive initiatives that maintain and increase consultant technical certifications and ensure the

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams of technical consultants, engineers, or other technical
• Experience in professional services, technical delivery, consulting, or enterprise technology
• Strong customer service skills with demonstrated experience managing enterprise customer
• Proven ability to manage customer escalations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive issues
• Strong project management and quality-control skills, with an understanding of delivery governance
• Strong experience in resource planning, capacity management, utilisation, forecasting, and
