📋 Description

• Review the facts of the case, including medical records, police reports, witness statements, and
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the case to determine the best settlement strategy.
• Engage in discussions with insurance companies, opposing counsel, or other parties to reach a fair
• Present evidence and arguments to justify the compensation being sought for the client.
• Resolve any remaining issues or disputes related to the settlement agreement.
• Counter offers made by the opposing side, ensuring the client's best interests are represented.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of legal experience, specifically in Personal Injury.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, edit, sort/filter and save spreadsheets (can maintain
• 1+ years of office experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with Case Management Software.
