Shift Lead

📋 Description

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager
• Run and implement operating standards in the restaurant
• Support positive crew morale and customer service
• Prepare pizzas and deliver orders to designated locations
• Handle nightly deposits and GM-absent paperwork
• Cash, people, and time management as required

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older
• 2+ years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to motivate teams and demonstrate strong communication/problem-solving skills
• Customer service oriented and flexible for long hours, nights, weekends, and emergencies
• Willing to learn other duties within the restaurant as needed
