📋 Description

• Lead a team of Vehicle Safety Officers during a shift
• Oversee day-to-day operations within the shift
• Manage performance of VSOs through regular documented contact
• Engage with customers as point of contact for OEM initiatives
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance
• Monitor quality of on-road testing and address discrepancies
