• Manage all shift operations: cost, inventory, cash control.
• Ensure customer relations and set example for crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain store cleanliness, image, and marketing.
• Ensure profitability and adherence to all policies.
• General duties: operate equipment, stock, prepare product, take orders.

• Judgment, math and multitasking skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately.
• Verbal, writing and telephone skills.
• Ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read map and locate addresses.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for delivery.
