📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• Oversee service flow and daily deposits; manage inventory and ordering
• Train and onboard new team members; deploy staff per needs
• Uphold Blue Bottle standards for beverages and food with Omotenashi mindset
• Foster continuous learning; participate in tastings and trainings
• Address guest concerns and enforce safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year supervisory or team leadership experience
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training completed or within 90 days
• Food Safety Certification for state/role or obtain within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
