📋 Description

• Own global carrier performance scorecards (weekly and monthly) across inbound and outbound
• Analyze transit times, cost, service levels, and exceptions to identify root causes
• Segment performance by lane, carrier, region, and service type to isolate issues
• Translate analysis into actionable insights with quantified business impact
• Proactively identify high-impact transportation improvements and support execution
• Track results post-implementation to ensure measurable gains

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in analytical/operational roles (logistics or similar)
• Strong analytical capability; advanced Excel; data visualization experience a plus
• Ability to decompose complex problems, structure analysis, and draw conclusions
• Ownership mindset with bias toward execution and follow-through
• Strong attention to detail with large datasets
• Clear, concise communicator who translates analysis into action
