📋 Description

  • Daily oversight of ShippingUSPayables inbox; respond promptly.
  • Reconcile differences with shipping agents; meet payment deadlines.
  • Act as point of contact for Shipping Vendors on Accounts Payable queries.
  • Supervise monthly ACH reconciliation with US Customs Broker.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports; reconcile invoices.
  • Oversee TravEx procurement; log regional spend and coordinate with Finance on discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA degree and 1-2 years in admin or procurement; basic shipping logistics knowledge.
  • Degree or experience in Finance, Business, Operations & Logistics, IT, or Engineering desirable.
  • Proficient with ACH, ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent client service, active listening, empathy, and patience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; quick to learn internal systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial impacts across departments.
