Shipping & Receiving Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, verifying materials received and routing items to appropriate
• Prepare items for shipment ensuring cost-effective courier services.
• Pick-up, drop-off, distribute and ship to designated laboratories/refineries.
• Log samples into laboratory system and properly retain samples.
• Prepare samples for transportation and dispatch courier services for hot shot shipments.
• Archive sample retain records and assist laboratory and operations personnel in retrieving samples

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license at all times.
• Must be able to work with all chemicals, petrochemicals, petroleum.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds; climb, bend, reach without restriction.
• Familiar with data entry.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
