Partner with VRAI management in hiring, training, continued development, and management of Diamond
Supervise daily store procedures including opening/closing/policies, inventory management

🎯 Requirements

4+ years management experience in a luxury retail environment, minimum
Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment
Diamond and jewelry expertise strongly preferred
Independent, motivated, and well-organized
Available weekends
